My lawyer got my packet back.
The letter from CIC was dated 13 February 2012.
It was returned due to cap reached
Just hoping NOC 3113 will be on the July 2012 list.

this is a shocking news, I'm feeling sorry for you!! Anyways this is not the end of the world so
be prepared and get ready for next session... there is a saying "if you win you will be happy, If you lose you will be wise..."
I hope next year, you would be in first 5 applicant for your NOC.

Sorry to hear your file was returned due to cap reached.. In what form the letter saying cap reached, was it in email form or hard copy together with the returned application.? Im afraid that my application will suffer same fate since my CC was not yet charge as of Feb 15 2012 and still no reply for the query i sent to CIC. Good luck to us this july, and hope our NOC is still open for 3113. thnx

My lawyer received it thru snail mail, with a cover letter attached to it stating the reason why was it returned.
It was said that our cap was closed on the first week of December according to other forum members.
Hopefully you will receive a good news soon!!!!

we have same NOC 7242 my application received on Jan 05, 2012, no news until now..
