There is an October thread somewhere ;D but of course you are welcome here!!!!
I am not even sure if my application is within the cap because the cap for 3113 was reached two weeks after I submitted my application.
But I am hoping for the best
I hope we all get our Canadian dream!!!

Hi friends.....I have change the colour of applicants....one with the green have the funds deducted and with the red for whom's cap is filled unfortunately!! Please follow the thread in same order if possible!!

I think you most definitely made it to the cap.
As Mr. Qorax said, if your cap is not reach within a month of your application, there is a great chance that you are 'in'.

Yesterday, a November 28 applicant got her PER.
Very soon they will start processing December applicants.
Good luck everybody!!!!
I hope CIC will make all December applicants very happy ;D
