hello guys the CIC received our application december 7,2011... still waiting for PER... huhuu i hope this week it will come

you have job offer, right?
There is a December applicant under NOC 8222, his/her processing fee was en cashed today. his/her application was received on 18 December 2011.
So anytime now, you might get your PER!!!

some pepole in 2121 forum wrote that they got their file returned back due to cap reached and they applied in second week of november that time cic website showed cap 360,and i applied in last week of november that time cap was 370 how this is possible that cap reached in october itself according to these pepoles,but cic showed cap reached on 3 rd jan.im very much confused who is correct these pepoles or cic/ .

Yes im from the philippines, i also dont know if my papers reached CIC before the cap was reached. anyway I am 1 point short of the 67 points needed. My immigration lawyer and i took the risk to send my papers eventhough i am short of points fearing the cap will be reached. Let's pray for the success of everyone... God bless

Hi friends.....I have change the colour of applicants....one with the green have the funds deducted and with the red for whom's cap is filled unfortunately!! Please follow the thread in same order if possible!!

I am worried if the statistics are true but you can also see in this thread that green candidate's file was
received either in Nov or Dec and their funds has been deducted as well....some of them also have received
AOR in Jan/Feb.....

But I can't deny the fact you have mentioned.... I hope these ppl are misguiding the other(thinking positive from
my point of view)

Seniors please help and share the experience!!

opo. i am a filipina.. i know im so ahead. ive been looking for october applicants but i dont see any. maybe they join other threads too. mybe u guys can check and compare on how much time it takes me to get to the next step.. it will be faster for u coz ur in philippines, i guess.
