Hey, My draft got cash on Feb 9th as well, and still no word. This is taking quite a long time to receive the AOR. That's unfortunate... I've had a few freidns who sent it of end of November, and they've all received their AORs within 9-11 weeks. Any December applicants received AOR's yet? My application was sent via express on 19th December, DD cashed Feb 9th

Did you check your e-cas with your client id?

I'll check it this evening, but I did check it a month ago, no update, well, the only thing that was there was about my initial CEC application that was rejected in October based on insufficient work experience time period

Hey guys,
I have also applied under the Canadian Experience Class. I sent my application in the last week of November / early December 2011.
I haven't received any AOR yet. But I keep checking my application status on the CIC website. Today it reads "Application Received".
Finally they are opening Dec applications !

I gave a call to CIC yesterday and have been said that they are opening up November 2011 packages now.

how can you call CIC, processing is done outside Canada! ???

Sorry Calgary_man. The call center option is only available from Canada. Not sure of the applications outside Canada.

Can an individual apply under CEC outside Canada ??

You are eligible to apply under CEC if you complete:
1. 12 months of work experience within Canada after graduating from a recognized University/College within Canada
OR
2. 24 months of work experience within Canada if you are on a Work Permit

If you meet one of these requirements, I think you can apply under CEC and leave Canada after.
Otherwise if you don't have work experience within Canada, from what I know you can't apply under CEC. You have to apply under a different class.
If you live in Quebec even then you can't apply under CEC.

Submitted my file on 30th of Dec 2011. Just checked with my bank yesterday, Draft has been cashed out in Feb 17th. Haven't recd my AOR yet. Is that normal ??

But you still haven't received the AOR via email have you? my timelines are almost exactly the same as you, but have not yet received the AOR.
