My friend received this email from CIO. Can seniors confirm if this is AOR?

Seniors, please answer these questions?
I have filed for CEC for my family (my child, wife and self) in July. We are expecting our 2nd child soon.
1) When do I notify CIC about this change?
2) What additional documents will I have to send to CIC?

Answers will be really helpful.

Just a quick question. I have recd a medical request for my wife. Right now she's in Dubai with my parents on a tourist visa. Can she get her medical done in Dubai itself or does she has to come back to Dubai for her medical exam ??

You can find out approved doctors for medicals on their site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx
It would seem messy doing it outside of Canada. But it sounds like it shouldn't be a problem if you had to. (Assuming Dubai is on that list)

My ecas changed to Decision Made yesterday morning and my return envelope was activated at 4:16pm!

I was hoping it would arrive today, but the tracking shows that it went from Windsor to London Ontario last night but hasn't moved yet today - I think it might sit in London Ontario until Monday morning.

normally how much time they take for complete procedure. I mean from application to PPR return with PR.
