I wish my husband receives his AOR pretty soon or even a PPR..This waiting game is driving me bonkers...... :( :( :(

My father is in a critical condition rightnow and he wanted to meet my husband person before anything happens to him. My parents was unable to attend our wedding last year because of their health...It breaks my heart everytime my father ask when my husband is coming and I don't know what to tell him....We plan to apply for a TRV for him but we know the chances are 0 to none....

I want to contact the Tokyo Visa Office and beg if they can somewhat expedite my husbands application, wondering if they will even listen to me. =(

Hello.... we are about 1 week after you so I am hoping you get news soon. I think probably at least one month though so maybe you hear early/mid April. Here is hoping its that soon. Then we should hear one week after you if all goes well.

Good luck :)

Hi guys, I hope you are all doing great. I just checked my e-case and it says that our application has been in process since March 16th. Does anybody know what it means? We sent in our files on December 13th, it was received on December 16th. I got m sponsorship approval on March 5th and since our file is sent to Ankara( the usual processing time is 5 months) I thought it might not be necessary to check my e-case this soon. But out of curiosity I checked it today and it sas that the file has been in process as of March 16th. Can anybody tell me what it means? I'm really excited. ;D

Hi laleh_d!!

That's excellent news, congratulations! That means your file is on its last stages. Now I'm not sure how long your VO takes to approve you but some other VO's have been giving decisions a week after the status has been changed to In Process. I hope you get your DM fast!

Sorry to hear that, I know how you feel. Unfortunately, I went through the same thing. My father-in-law was sick for years, and couldn't make it to our wedding, and then he passed away in December. I never got to meet him or even speak to him :(

Keep hope! I wish you guys the best of luck. A guy applied for TVR for his wife, like 2 -3 times and got rejected, but you never know!

My file is already at the VO but I realize I didn't submit the form IMM5562 that ask for travel history in the last 10 years and the eight passport photographs. My question is do I wait for them to ask for it or send it to the VO anyway? If I don't send it now can it cause a major delay?

Send it in with your passport, when they send you a passport request letter
