How are you doing?

I'm planning to fly in a later date somewhere in September. My husband will be here in the Philippines at that time to visit for the last time before we both fly back to Canada.

Hi christine, im good thank u. I thought ur flying anytime soon, it is my first ime to travel too by plane and it freaks me out but it will be a waste of time and money if i wil stil ask
My hubby to come over and fly there together hehe i have to be brave LOL

But I think I'd still want to do it anyway but little bit scary at when time I'm infront of a Immigration office.

When is your flight though? Maybe we could plan to fly together? Maybe?

Yes i know how u feel but i have to fight the feeling otherewise i wpuld stutter infront of he officer yay!


I'm leaving on the 6th of June, all my friends here are already there, all my friends here flown few weeks after they received their visas, im the only one left i think hehe

I'm good Christine, my hubby is caucasian, ganun pa rin sa ecas ko, application received pa rin tsaka medical results have been received. but i already sent na my passport last may 2, natagalan kasi bago ko na send kasi i have to wait pa for my hubby's divorce petition. So hopefully by june ma released na visa namin ng anak ko. pag nakahabol ako for july flight sabay tayo ha?

Even though it might be costly and take up some time, I think it's not a bad idea for your husband to come and get you if he has the time and money to do so. Either way, I wish you all the best of luck and congratulations!

Hurray here as well! COPR received today.

Date issued was May 9th. Pink Lady, much appreciated if you can update the spreadsheet.

Now to plan a short trip to the US to officially land.

COPR received today!! From what I can gather, I don't have to send my passport away to London, I assumed that everyone did, but I believe that Visa Exempt Countries do not have to send their passports to the Visa Office that issues their COPR. Ireland is a Visa Exempt Country, so it's not a requirement for me.

So now I can Land! OMG, what a great feeling! Watch this space!

Just want to wish all the best of luck to the rest of you December Applicants. .

I received some valuable advice along the way and this forum helped me a lot. So I will keep checking on here and pass on any information that might be useful to others.

We've been waiting for his visa for more than 2 months now, since CEM received it on March 7. E-cas status still shows no change. Hayyyy!I'm praying so hard for this process to be over so I'd be with my spouse soon!

I understand how you feel. Our 1st yr wedding anniv is next week. And we've been apart since I left Manila last July. I just wish that their visas get released asap. I hope they prioritize the cases that have been pending with them but I know it's a case to case basis with them. His E-cas has no update too. It's sooo hard being apart with our spouses for this long. It's driving me insane!

If you received a letter with a file number, then you can check your application status on at the CIC website. If it's past the average processing time for your country, then you can call them to see what the delay is all about.

Thank you very much for your reply, i tried in below website with my file number, but it says my file number incorrect. i received my file number with 7 digits may be it requires the file number with 9 digits
