Hi Guys I got the ITA on 22nd December I have a little concern as I had two language test CELPIP (February 2016) and (IELTS September 2016) and my CELPIP score was better so ITA is on the basis of CELPIP. Is there any rule that I have to put the latest language test ?

In my invitation letter it mentioned that
WARNING: If you decide to apply in the above cases, your application may be refused and your application fee
will not be returned.
Some examples of changes which could result in a lower points score include:
• You no longer have a valid job offer
• You no longer have a provincial nomination
• Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower.

Need urgent suggestion.
Thanks

No. Proceed with your CELPIP scores.

you can use that test in your application as long as it is dated before you received your ITA (Dec 22) in your case

That means someone can choose the best score out of various language test unless until they are valid and before your ITA?

thats what i know and have been advised by seniors .

Hi everyone!

I am not residing in Canada for now. But I have distant relative (grandmother) in Canada. She opened an account in one Canadian bank in my name and put some money on it.

The thing is that account name is "Re: In Trust Of My Name - Account No. 12345". Bank representative told me that this account is accessible both by me and by my grandmother.

Is it good to show as a proof of funds? Maybe it'll be better with gift deed?

Thank you for your time.

Dear Seniors,
Please advice. On my job experience letter the montly salary is mentioned and not the annual salary. Also, no benefit is mentioned as there was none....Would that make a problem?
Many Thanks

Does that also mean you can change/edit/add/delete information in your current EE profile Pre-ITA - making sure it doesn't interfere with your CRS score?

For example: I've added details of my aunt in EE profile, but ofcoarse I am not claiming points on her, so to prevent any hassle in getting her documents to prove my relationship, should I just NOT mention this? Does it sound like misleading?

Quick question, guys..

As part of the proof of education, I've uploaded my ECA report(the one that they send you in email).
Is that fine or do we need the actual scanned copy of the report they mail you?
I can't find my paper report :(

Yes, it does state everything, but I believe the paper report has a stamp/seal.

Nope.
Shared account can only be with your spouse (if you have any). You need to have account on your name only. She can still transfer you Money and then you will also need gift affidavit.

Anyone got the job bank deactivation email recently? I got it today and followed the steps to activate it again. Do i need to do anything else or update my EE profile? I have already received my AOR.

If you really cannot find it , then its not like you have any other option , plus i guess they won't worry about stamp since you will be providing them with your ECA number if they have concerns they can verify it that way .

I got that some time ago. All you need is to login to the jobbank again.
