im guessing you live in ontario ? if you can visit toronto then go to this link https://www.panelphysiciantoronto.ca/ and you can get a date for 4th which is tomorrow or for 7th Jan (last time i checked which is few minutes ago these dates were available )

Thanks! yeah, I'll check them out asap. if it doesn't work out, no big deal - there are CIC physicians in Korea as well. Thanks for your help! #MVP

In my employment reference letter, my manager wrote salary per hour but not annualized salary. Is it a very much requirement? Rest all elements are there in the letter.

Experts please advice. Del, Asivad and other members.

Hi,
My spouse had a medical exam less than four months ago for open work permit. Is it required again for EE?
Thanks

Hi Guys,

Can we leave job after submission of eAPR ? Does unemployment till Visa affect PR application ?
As per CIC, points which we are claiming for work exp, must be within 10 years of service. As long as we have claimed points of work exp, providing reference letter, there should not be any issue. What you say ?

TIA

I see no issue there. Points are claimed for whatever happened before E-APR not after. to makes things safe you can just inform them after leaving your job, that your personal sitation changed to unemployed.

are you working on contract or full time employee.? If it's full time salary should be based on per year, on contract it's hourly based.

btw do you guys suggest to have Lawyer to help with application or it's not necessary and waste of money.?

What is the difference between letter of employment and offer of employment ?

Letter of Employment or Job Reference letter : Confirming all the work experience you claimed under work history

Offer of Employment : Letter to support Valid Job Offer claimed under Intended Work.

Hi Batman, So letter of employment is something which we need to create and notarize ?

Your employer has to provide this.

Also, are you claiming 50/200 points?

Yes. I do have an offer letter for the permanent job I'm having here. I'm in Canada on this job for past 3+ years. In addition to this company issues me a employment verification letter which talks about my designation, permanency, salary etc etc...
My question is, do I need a letter summarizing all my experience for past 10 years ? which I think will be tough to get.
