There are couple of BLS in ontario, one in brampton and one in toronto(scarborough). You can leave your passport with BLS, if you have Canadian Driver licence that will work for medical no need for passport as for medical they only need photo id.OMG_Chakromakro said:

There will be a simple form that you need to fill in that they will ask you for current address, doesn't have to be same as licence. Address will be there on report copy you receive.OMG_Chakromakro said:
