Hey ImansoorOnly few dec 2021 application getting ppr. My application is stuck its been more than 14 weeks now.
sad to know mate, did you apply alone or with your spouse & kids? also which country did you apply from?Upfront Medical - 11th Nov
Applied - 30th Nov
Biometrics requested - 2nd Dec
Biometrics provided - 3rd Dec
Medical Updated - 29th Jan
PPR - Rejected
Reason - They do not believe I will leave even though my argument was very good about going back to my home country to start my own company. Extremely strict.
I am South African but I am a resident in China so I applied through SDS from within China. Yes, applied with my wife and son. My argument was very strong I do believe but I think that they want to see real very very strong ties to leaving, like I am studying to return to a job or my family is there and I am returning to them but I heard somewhere that applying myself first and then applying for them after would not provide any different result. I might have them as a tie go going back but once I apply for them they will get refused because it affects my argument. Difficult.sad to know mate, did you apply alone or with your spouse & kids? also which country did you apply from?
