The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). What documents did you provide to support that trip was a business trip? What did you write as purpose of visit? How many days did you specify in the application? Did you provide details of business visit? Who did you say was paying for the business trip?
Applied for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) through the IRCC Portal for my spouse to visit me from Cuba on March 24th 2022.

Kid's vv refused: Applied on 17th Dec 2021 for my newborn kid and got refusal on 4th Jul with generic comments like you wont go back and insufficient funds. Attorneys are mentioning that the IRCC refused it by mistake, because there is no sense of rejecting dependent child's visa when both parents have valid WP. Also mentioned that they have never seen such a case. Attorneys are now challenging the refusal and re-applying parallelly.
