Hello guys. It has been a really long wait for all of us. Following is the timeline for my MIL's visa:

Initial application on GC Key - June 10, 2021
Biometrics - August 20,2021
Second application via new portal - December 17, 2021
Eligibility in process - May 28, 2022
Applied from India

Raised 3 webforms - Generic response twice, no response for third time

Contacted MP twice - little to no new information

Does anyone know what the average wait time is after eligibility is in review? Thanks in advance.

Received BVL and PPR - May 29, 2022

I know I'm asking much. Anyone know the processing time for chandigarh, India VFS. Wanted to book tickets accordingly.

Congratulations!! once your passport is picked up, VFS on an average takes around 2 weeks to deliver back your stamped passport in India

i got an email id from the site openparliament.ca, the one ending with xxx@parl.gc.ca, is that the one? i didn’t find a website for my mp

No updates after that.

Update guys, Got PPR today!! No updates since biometrics, got a mail for message about the application and PPR and BVL for spouse were present in the portal for spouse. PPR for child was present in her application on portal.
