so my ecase was showing exactly what yours does for about 7 months. then last monday of february it changed to in process and a week later I got an email requesting for Iran police certificate and aking me if I haven't paid the RPRF I should do so now. which I did send them what they asked. now let's see how does finger crossing work

Worrying now! our return of passports package became active Friday Morning 16th March, two status changes, (received at Fort Erie, processed at Missisuaga), but nothing since friday evening at around 10 pm. Worried Canada post have lost it...............
