Is it possible to directly go to DM or even PPR without IP first?

Any cases like these happened in the history?

It does not make sense for them to not process our cases for more than one month.

There is no progress in my E case.My RCMP fingerprint received on june 1 by CIO Sydney.They transferred my file to CPC Ottawa on june 12 along with my RCMP fingerprint.

Well at least you have an idea where your documents are now.Lets just all hope something will happen this week :
