Dec 16th IELTS Test

Hi,
The results are out for 16th December IELTS. I luckily scored L-8.5, R-7.5, S-7.5, W-7. I am working so I could not study for more than 2 days. This was my second attempt at General Training.
I would be more than happy to assist anyone with guidance or suggestions.

Hi I scored L-8.5,R-7.5,S-7.5,w-6.5. Missed out on writing by 0.5 . My writing was good. Should I send it for revaluation?

If you think you did a good job in writing, I would say that you should consider reevaluation. Writing and speaking sections are subjective, one person may not like it that much but another evaluator may value your responses in a more positive manner.
It is a risk of some money, but getting good score is more important .
Can you tell me the procedure? How long does it take for the results to arrive?

There is a form available on BC site that you need to fill, and mark sections you want to be reevaluated. You need to send your TRF and demand draft to BC office for your location. Double check in whose name the demand draft should be else it would be rejected.
It can take 10 weeks for reevaluation, I am still waiting for my 1st IELTS reeval result that I submitted in Nov.

My hubby -L-8.5, R-9, W-6.5,S-7.5
We are So so disappointed with the IELTS system now as everytime we are left with .5s
It was my 7th attempt and my husband's 4th attempt... Really not feeling like to re-appear.. Disheartened...
We thinking to go ahead for revaluation...

I could really understand becoz it was my fourth attempt and also left by .5 ... as always

i am very disappointed with this result reading was so hard i got hardly any time to read 3rd passage by the way i was expecting 7 in listening and 6.5 in speaking dont know what had gone wrong. planning to give 2 time.

I got the same situation as you.
What's going on with the online preview system
. I took the test in toronto.
That's sadI missed in listening
My score are as follows
L / w / r / s = 7.5 / 7 / 8 / 7.5
I am in same situation, missed it by 0.5 in listening and Reading. I'm attempting again in Feb. A CLB 9 band score will take my CRS above 430, currently it's 370
