No, that is why you need to have $10K in living expense money before the visa will be issued.

After 6 months of full time studies, you are eligible to apply for off campus work permit and with that you can work anywhere. However, before 6 months you can work on campus or you can work on cash. Cash jobs are is illegal but many students are doing it. Many places like convenience stores etc do hire ppl on cash.

Remember, you get caught you go home.

First of all thanks saadt
Dear can i ask that how much i can earn on cash ?

It can be any pay. Usually I know employers take advantage of situation and pay less then minimum pay. Considering if you are studying, you will work part time of course (20-25hrs/week?) How much you can earn depends on hours and actual cash pay.

First of all its illegal to work on cash, I know that the chances are 1 in a million but you dont want to be that 1 person.

International students cannot work till they have completed 6 month - like others have said

and not to mention being blacklisted

They can work on-campus without a work permit, but need a job offer to apply for a social insurance number.

yes for on campus you dont need a work permit, but he was asking for off campus

Ask about jobs on campus until you have your 6 months. Like PMM said, when you applied for your study permit, you told immigration that tuition and living expenses would be no problem. They did not give you a study permit for you to work illegally so if you get caught, you go home and it will be very hard for you to get any type of temporary visa to Canada again.

Once you have your 6 months, you can get your off-campus permit and work up to 20 hours a week during the semester or full time on holidays.
