i think you try to help your self also, You know you have limited time now for appeal, as per me nobody is very perfect here and not very perfect in canadian law its better you can consult your consultant and other consultants in your city and contact campbel cohen of canadavisa.com send your rejection letter to him and take his view, if you have time call him then see what he is saying.

Hi Prabjot,

Its not like that, i did discuss with Adriot about your situation. The problem is that they have rejected it and wont re-open it again, the only options you have is to go for judical review which could take upto 1 year and $3000CAD and no guarantee, if you are sure of your job duties and know that justice is not done then appeal for it but just remember that it will take your 1 yr so decide for yourself if you can wait for 1yr.
