We are starting on 17 th may from Hyderabad India, we have to carry 20599 dollars as we are 4 members.

Which is the best way to carry funds TC or draft or opening pre landing account in Scotia bank and put money in that. How much minimum cash to be carried for initial settlement. And from where to take TC or Draft i.e HSBC or HDFC or ICICI etc., Urgent please.

TC will be better and take AMEX. Minimum take 4 - 5 K CAD. Can get AMEX TC's from the banks that you have mentioned.
 
Thank you qorax, is not adviseable or better to open pre landing account in scotia bank and put money in it so that immediately after landing we can activate the account and use money over there.
