dear seniors,today i received my refusal letter which indicates that reason of refusal is lack of points..
but i have enough points. I am wondering how did visa officer count the points. What should i do now?????

2 Language Ability 10
3 Work Experience 21
4 Age 10
5 Adaptability 10

then they should have warded you 10 points for your age..I think you can email them and ask for reconsideration or a recheck because they miscalculated your score.

Take it easy . it seems very frustrating . Please mind it that "to err is human". Sometimes it occurs. At first, send an e-mail detailing your case and points of calculation . I wonder ,the visa office awarded points very inconsistently which is quiet unthinkable!. I strongly believe that something went wrong with the case.
please send a letter or an email to the concerned visa office mentioning date , their reference or the name of the visa officer , if any ,
i desperately hope that you will get a good response from them soon and your application will be accepted well.

Hi Amank,

Don't worry, friend,

Apparently, there is an error in the points calculation of your age, language, and adaptibility. Stress that in your reply, but be very quick; and do sound polite in yr reponse and am sure you will get positive news. Analyse why there is a difference in points in 'Adaptibility'? And then why do you give yourself only 10 points in Language ? You see the VO has themselves has given you 14 points in Language. The Education part also differs! I guess a probable reason is that there has been a mixup of points with somebody else! Cheer up! They will surely rectify the error if pointed.
