Your advise always appreciate ,
Once again I will explain my problem,
I landed on 2006 and left Canada on 2009 and 2nd PR expire date is 2016 , I have been away from Canada for 3 years and half ( only being 1 year and half from 5 years).
I get health problem 2 years ago and my doctor told not to travel for 2 years, that's was the reason of my not going back to Canada , I have a house at Canada and my kids born there.
My question :
I bought one way ticket to go back to Canada for next month , can I enter without problem ?
I have my driving license , SIN card , can I work ?
my doctor told to not have stress , but if the border at airport dose not let me in , It will make my illness more worse.

Please help...

You will be allowed to enter. Your PR card is still valid. Maybe immigration will ask you how long you were gone. If they give you trouble, tell them that you had medical reasons preventing your return.

You are a PR so you can work. Just make sure you don't leave for 2 years after returning because then you meet the residency requirements again. By the time your 2nd PR card expires, make sure you have at least 2 years in Canada in the past 5 before you apply to renew.

What is your NOC code? If it is a skilled job, you may look into PNP in your province. Otherwise work for 12 months and then apply under CEC.
