he is afraid that they do not calculet my husbend education 3 points!!!which is very weird since he have got 12 years of full eduaction and diplomas each one 9 month so total diploma is 1.5 year although he did mentioned that no budy gor refused befor because of adding up 9 month + 9 month diploma what doi you think?i will send it i think he is jast worried for nothing!!!!

Get yourself registered for IELTS now... and start preparing for it as much as you can.

There are two different scenarios that I personally see.

1- You submit your papers, immigration officer takes your total points as 67 and the file is processed.
2- You submit your papers and the file is rejected (GOD Forbid)..... Let's say in 30 days, you get a reply that your file is unsuccessful.


If your file is rejected, you can re-apply the next day. And by the time you get request for complete documents again (let's say after 4 months from now) you would have your IELTS results and all other documents (Which you already have). You send the documents ASAP and save those 120 days time period given to you.

However, this would cost you extra money. Your consultant may charge you. IELTS registration charges and other charges may add up....
So, if you want to take a chance. its up to you.

my deep feelings is that i am in safe and by the ways i did do an ielts exam and in the second i got 10 points ill take my chances wish me luck....at is the expected period to know my status after submitting my papers 4 month?

Language: 6.5 in each listening, reading, writing and speaking
Experience: 2 years
Age: 24
Relative: Sister in Canada

First of all, congratulations on your New Zealand PR can you guide me on tht. their selection criterion under skilled cat....

I think your total points would be 66 assuming you have skilled cat "A" experience of "2 years and more but less than 3 years"
If you are married and your spouse have a bachelor's degree than you can qualify by adding adaptability points or otherwise if you can score in IELTS as 7.5 (Listening) and 6.5 in all others, than you can also qualify...............

note: these are all my personal opinion... and i am not an expert in Canadian immigration at all

I would really appreciate your kind help in this matter...

After 6 month of submitting my papers updates for the high commission in Canada I just received their reply ..they want me to send a proof that my sister is living in Canada...can someone help me in this what kind of proof other than stamen of account and tax declaration for the last 6 month? with her name and address is this should be enough please note also that she is a house wife ...and what if the bank account is shared between her and her husband please advise me urgently.....

You can send credit card bills, Utility bills (Telephone, Electricity)

but the letter specifically states that they will not accept utility bills and telephone and electricity bills as a conclusive evidence that she is living in Canada so what shall i add more can you please advice...do you think that they might reject my application?

in my case i sent credit card bills, phone bills and letter from employer confirming the employement that he is working with us and staying at this address.
you can send bank statement even if its a joint account with her husband, u must have sent her passport that shows spouse name.
