So what to do, tell me. They are still showing ‘in process’ on my my status check. Only left now is medical. So I am hopeful. Also because what they do If I reapply with same information on which they are positive already. At this stage what can they get by processing same information that will be resubmitted to them?

Did you order GCMS notes? Does it show your background checks have been completed?

As per the suggestion made by armoured, I attempted to ask from the web form. After filling the first page, I have to click button 'next', but unfortunately that did not click. I tried it whole day, so many times but in vain.
