Deadline Approaching - What to do? (Experts please help)

Hi, this is related to my mother's Super Visa Application Medical Request.

1. She had performed medical for her Canadian Immigration.
2. For her super visa, she is againg asked to provide medical, despite that she had provided her old IMM1017 form with her application.
3. We made case-specific-inquiry but got no answer yet. We have 12 more days left for medical.

Is there a way to reach CIC and explain our situation? or Is she required to do another medical exam?

Request of medical is automated. If you have already provided the medical then you do not have to worry about it.

Hi Jalex,

Thanks for your reply. To clarify, we provided the proof of medical (IMM1017 form for medical request first time).

The application status is still the same: Your Action is Required for medical exam. Are you sure, if i don't do medical again within the time limit, they won't refuse our application?
