DD not Cashed

I launched my case on 2 Sep, 2014. My DD was expired I resubmitted the DD and it was received by NOVA SOCTIA on 30th Dec, 2014. I have not got any feedback uptill now. Could you please help me what to do in this case? You response will be highly appreciable.

I am unable to get there contact number. Could you please help me in providing the number.
Further more my case consultant replied me the following as she posted the query in December and she got the following reply, Is this sounds genuine?

"With reference to your query, UCI number has been allotted, DD has expired before its cashed. Further our new address is shown beneath my signature block."
