DD ENCASHED BUT NOT RECD AOR AFTER SUBMITTING FULL DOCS

hello eveybody.

i submitted my full application in the last week of June 09. RPRF dd was encashed on 16/07/2009, that is confirmed by my bank. however till date i have not recd AOR or any other intimation from CHC-ND. one of my friends also submitted his documents at the same time and he recd hos AOR on saturday. however it was not accoompanied by any receipt for RPRF fee. does it mean that his dd is not encashed yet?

what u guys advise me?
or shall i treat it just a postal delay?
what will be the next step of CHC-ND after encashment of DD?

if anyone can put light on it it will be gr8.

My case is different from yours. My application alongwith DD received at CIO Nova Scotia on 11.05.2009. But as on 21st of July 2009. DD was not encashed. Why it took more than 9 weeks. Till date, I am not sure whether my DD has been encashed or not. Still waiting for response from CIO.

Yours case is under processing as your DD has been encashed. It is good news for you.

thnx 4 the prompt response man. i hope that whatever u r saying is true.
whay don't u check with ur bankers about encashment of DD. also if u have filed ur application through a consultant, u can always take advise from him. after all that's why we pay them so much.

Dear Sanjeev,

Consultants are fleecing clients and snatching huge money from them. What ever you are having and your eligibility record, they can"t help you in speedy process of cases.

USD 2000 will be a good saving and I may use it precisely.

3) if CIC-New Delhi calling the employers and doing a strict verification?
4) i heard that new delhi office is very strict and lot of rejections are happening over there. is it true?

i can answer ur fist 2 qus. first i submitted my fll application in the last week of june 2009. second, my friend submitted his full app very next day. as 4 3rd and 4th i think seniors can tell u better. but i have seen people on this forum and trackitt.com to get visa from CHC-ND at a very rapid pace. so i don't think that a lot of rejection is happening. as for calling employers, i m not sure but some people say that they do this not only here but all around the world.

u r talking about initial app to NS-Sydney or full app to CHC-ND. plz clarify that 1st.
