Hi everybody!

This is the only thing that I need to finish my application. In the end of second page the said: "If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent Visitor Record, Study permit or work permit issued to you."
I already had a extension of my visa once and right now I'm trying to renew it. But the renovated visa that I received at home it's not the same like I have in my passport. The one of my passport clearly says "Document No...." But the renovated one no. There's 2 different numbers in the right corner and another one inside the table with my personal information, next to my Client ID that says "Off. file no." is that one?

I would REALLY appreciate your help. Thanks!!

1. You want the number of the last document that was issued, not the TRV that is placed in your passport. If I remember correctly it should be a letter and about 9 digits give or take.

Hello! Yes, that's what is confusing me. Because in my visitor record I have two numbers that starts with one letter and have 9 digits. One is in the right corner and the other one is in the "table" with my information next to my Client ID (is the one who says "Off. file no.").

It seems confusing again. On the official website here: servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/sin/employers/contract.shtml, its mentioned that for study permit, the Document number is the number that starts with "F". Also on the top right, both the Office File number and some other number is mentioned. The answer to thread seems to be the number other than the one which starts with "F". It seems contradictory to me. Can you please clear the same?
Thanks
