I'm wondering if we didn't add day trips to the online residency calculator, will it trigger RQ?

The residency calculator mentions that you do not need to declare day trips to US. I did not declare my day trip to US and there were no issues.

You can list your day trip on the residence calculator if you so desire to. I don't think there is any harm in listing them after all the residence calculator will list it as 0 day absence.
