Hello, I am trying to apply for my 9 month daughter's Canadian citizenship certificate who was born in Pakistan. The instruction guide says all questions are about the minor and you should answer as though you are the minor, but I am confused whether this also applies to the last section 13 (contact information).
Should I put my daughter's name as the contact and her address in Pakistan or does it make more sense if I should put my name and my Canadian address since I am doing the application on her behalf and I live in Toronto? Therefore, does it make more sense to put my Canadian home and mailing address or should I follow the instruction guide for that section which says provide contact information for the applicant and current home address.
