Daughter Visa Got Rejected

Hi All,
I am currently in Canada and have current status as closed work permit and my wife has open work permit but she is in india and never visited canada as of now . I applied visitor visa for 3 yr old daughter on 02/10/2024 who is living with her mother in India. My daughter's visitor visa got rejected in December and I got this rejection letter from IRCC.

""""I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your proposed length of stay in Canada is inconsistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
""""

Now my question is should I again apply for visa for my daughter or first apply for GCMS notes for detailed rejection cause. also GCMS notes will be same as the above information or will there be any addtional information that can help my next application ??
Also , when should I apply again for visitor visa ? like in next 7 days or so ?

When does your permit expire? As a visitor she can stay up to 6 months and if wife also has work permit then she is not coming for a short visit. When does she turn 4 because she may be starting school next September so apply for a study permit.

My work permit expires in 2026 . and thats why I had given visitor visa duration same as my duration . I am also planning so admit her in school , So I should apply for study visa? or visitor visa again?
Some of my friends applied for their children visitor visa and they had given duration for more than 6 months , still they got visa and their children easily went to school on visitor visa itself. Kindly clear my doubts

Since she has been refused and she is staying longer than 6 months then apply for a study permit if you plan to enrol her in school.

Although technically legal we have seen many VO require a study permit for children of school age. Unsure if they will make this official because it is just causing confusion.

You must be reading something incorrectly. What exactly is written?

Next step. Please read carefully:
You are required to provide your consent form with the signatures of every applicant who is 16 years or older to process your order.
So only those above 16 have to sign and provide consent. In your case you would sign since your child is 3. If your spouse is also listed on the application you would also provide her signature.

ok . I only applied visa application for my daughter not for my wife , so I suppose only my sign will work ? pls confirm . but there are 3 places where it is asking for signature .
first place , I can sign for my daughter in "your information" section . Do I need to fill anything for section "4 – Other Individuals' Information (i.e.: spouse, adult family member, business partner - if applicable)"
I suppose no but pls confirm
