Good day to all!!

I know this is the second time I will post this, But I need suggestion for my case.. So I have a daughter to my ex girlfriend and we are separated since our daughter is 1 year old. And were not married. When I applied for permanent residency under CEC, I include her to my dependants (I think that's the right thing to do). But then her mother dont want to talk to me and give anything from my daughter. So with my application I put a letter and was notarized here in canada, saying that I cant have anything from my daughter and her mother dont want to talk to me.. And a picture from my daughter's facebook account cause I cant have the specific picture for my daughter..
Now my problem is my medical request came together for my family now and for my first daughter.. I tried to talk via facebook to her mother cause she is in japan with her husband. but no reply..
I saw some post that some people did affidavit of forfeiting sponsorship and letter explaining why they cant have medical examination of their dependants'
Is this gonna work or is there any other way to explain to the VO my situation?

Hoping for your inputs guys.., Thank you and God bless us all!!!

Hi,

Honestly, if i would be in your situation. I would try calling diff DMPs and ask if they came across such case. I am sure you are not the first one. They must have come across such cases earlier and for sure they can guide you.

Hi!! thank you for your reply.. and sorry for my dumbness! :P
what is DMPs stand for? ::)

Did you provide a letter to CIC outlining this?

From what I'm aware, you need to disclose the information as you already have. If you cannot get the meds done by your daughter, you will be able to progress with your application but you will loose the right to sponsor her in the future. If you are okay with this, you should e-mail CIC and explain the situation again and ask them how to best proceed - i.e. what paperwork they require from you.

Good luck.

Thank you so much for your reply. I already have a letter stating this matter. but I need to know what are the information that I need to indicate/state or include in my letter for them to fully understand and allow my application be processed smoothly even without my daughter's medical examination result?

Do you have any idea on where to email the cic? Can I have it so that I can email them as soon as possible? I have this email add OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca , is this the reight email address?

Thank you so much for your time :)

Correct email. Don't worry about others just email them your details, outline the situation and request guidance / clarification on how best to proceed.
