hi, Yesterday i got my ITA i am struggling in writing travel history section. My country of residence is india i have traveled alot in last 10 years for tourism purpose. When i mention any trip should i write the date i left india (departure stamp on passport) or the date i arrived in any foreign country (arrival stamp of foreign country).

also there are few countries which has no arrival or departure stamp like australia in that case the duration of the trip should be from the date i left my country to the date i arrived in my country???
should i consider the dates of arrival and departure if indian immigration for all the countries and ignore the arrival and departure stamps of foreign countries. please help

Date of Departure from India -> Date of Arrival to India = Your travel history
