Date/Time in Oath Letter doesn't match ceremonies on website

I just received my oath letter (Hallelujah!!) and it says Nov 10 at 8 AM. I wanted to check if this is the same time the public should show up so I know when to tell me friends to arrive. To my surprise CIC doesn't have a ceremony listed for that time at all! Only one at 1:30 PM on that day.

Has anyone heard about some ceremonies not being posted for the public?

Yeah ... my oath is on 29th @ scarborough and i couldnt find it on the cic website ... i called them and they told me that i should not be concerned about the website and should follow the instructions on the oath letter and ecas ... i think they dont update the website that fast and it will be updated in few days.
