MY WIFE ARRVE IN CANADA LAST OCTOBER 2012 AND GOT HER VISA IN TORONTO AS SHE STAYED THERE FOR CONNECTING FLIGHT GOING HEE IN EDMONTON, SHOULD SHE FILL IT UP WITH THAT DATE AND PLACE? THANK YOU
