Hi there!

I have got the mail to submit Passport along with photographs so I guess I am almost there ;D

In my case I had started the process last year but had to put my application on hold since my wife was pregnant and couldnt complete her medicals (but I did it last year). We restarted the process after child birth. Now I am confused if our date of landing will be based on my medical (one year from last Oct). Is that how it works? Will the 'land by' date mentioned in the VISA? How is this normally communicated?

Thanks a lot in advance

Typically, the expiry date is one year from the time medical examination was completed.

Thanks Meya06. Is it normally mentioned in the VISA when it is stamped? My Passport Request doesn't mention anything. Is this communicated later via mail?

It is mentioned in the VISA.
