I want to submit my study visa application tomorrow and I got my bank statement 8 days ago. Will that be a problem? That the date of my bank statement is 8 days ago?

As long as the statements are from the last 4 months but 8 days old, no.

I've sent a statement that is more than 20 days old ... after 4 months without an update they asked for an updated 3 months bank statement along with other requirements. However, I don't think that 8 days will be an issue.
