Date formating

Can you please check the date formatting?

FROM: 2008,04 to 2013,03 Worker
2008,03 to 2008, 03 student
2008,01 to 2008, 03 self employed
2007,03 to 2008, 01 N/A
2004,12 to 2008, 01 worker

Hey guys, Is the date formatting correct or it should listed as other way around ....

Don't use repetitive dates.
Formatting is fine otherwise. Instead of writing N/A, you can write unemployed (if you were not working).

I came on student visa here, but I dropped first semester of study while I was on study permit
so what supposed to I enter in there,..."unemployed" ?even i was not eligible to work that time period without having work permit
