Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation?

What I should write for this question in Express Profile?

I completed my bachelor degree in March 2002 and awarded degree certificate in September 2002.

If you are in Canada, that should be the date you received your WP. That time you were officially qualified to practise in that occupation.

The date you completed requirements to receive the degree according to the college. Degree certificate is a mere formality. It will be March 2002. September 2002 was the graduation ceremony. After you complete your studies, you are eligible for jobs, so March 2002.

I completed my bachelors degree in 2004, my masters degree in 2006. But had those degrees issued in 2014.

Does this mean my many years of work experience will not be recognized ?

Any official source where I can read more on this ?

It will be. You became eligible in 2004 itself. Don't worry, you are in the green here mate.

I put the date i got my first job after graduation. That easily verifiable as well.

So even though I worked in that occupation in my country 5 years before Canada, I should still use the date when I Got my WP?

If you were working in the occupation, it would be hard to argue you weren't qualified for it.

so what is the right answer? date when you started to work or the date when you got yoyr wp ? ? ? Please help.

Now coming back to employment history profiling in EE, I need to mention that my awarding of bachelors qualified me into my current profession NOC 4163. (However the fact remains that it was due to my non recognized PGDBA course after my bachelors, I became qualified for this role)

Can someone help me to answer this
