Hi Experts,

In my express entry application, I need some help in answering this question "Date <candidate> first became qualified to practice in this occupation":-

I started working since June 2005 with a total work experience of 14+ years and my current NOC code is 0213 - Manager (since July 2015). However, when I first started my job in June 2005, my NOC was 2171 until June 2015. So, what should be my answer to this question? June 2005 or July 2015

Regards

This question is really intended for skilled trades (they have to be licensed first before the experience can be counted).
For the rest of us, you can choose your university graduation date, or even your high school graduation date, as long as it is before the start date of the job.

Like how it has been mentioned, this detail is more for the Skilled Trades program and does not negatively impact your application for regular EE (FSW) rounds. Choose your graduation date OR any date after GRADUATION and before your FIRST EMPLOYMENT.
