I'm filling out the 0008 Generic Application Form For Canada and it asks on #11: Date and place of your last entry to Canada.

Doesn't really specify!

I am currently in Canada, I was wondering if it is asking when I came in THIS visit or the PREVIOUS visit? I visited Canada last year in November.

If memory serves, it's the one you used to enter Canada most recently...hence, your current visit :)

It didn't say current it said last. But thanks I got my answer.

...I was incorrect, then? :)

I believe that since you are currently in Canada, it is meant the date you entered Canada up to now currently living, the current visit you are on now.

I have a question too. I'm in Canada is August 20th 2014. But I went for a day to Buffalo in September 2014. My passport was not stamped by the Canadian boarder then. Which is considered as my last entry?

But the question doesn't ask "Date and place of your last entry to Canada...where your passport was stamped"...right?

Even though your passport was not stamped, CBSA is likely aware that you re-entered Canada on that day. That's the day that you last entered Canada...stamp, or no stamp.

Since you've been in Canada since September of last year...did you apply to extend your status before it expired, or are you now in Canada without status?

I had two extensions since then. I'm legal here. :) Just not sure which day to put as my last entry to Canada. As the last stamp from Canadian border is August 20th 2014.

I only have a US stamp showing entry to US September 29th 2014. It was a day trip. On my return Canadian boarders didn't stamp my passport again.

When I had my first extension I put day of entry to Canada August 20th cause that's the stamp I had from them and I didn't have a visa as I'm from a visa exempt county.

Put the last date you actually entered, not just the stamped date. It does not matter if you were stamped or not.
