I had received an ITA in July, which I had to decline as I had to make some changes (remove some work exp.) to my EE profile. I have since updated and transmitted mu EE profile, and now have received another ITA. However, the new application form is still asking me for work exp letters from all employers, including those that I had removed from my profile after my first ITA. To me it looks like the data in my application form is same as it was after my first ITA.
Is there a way to "synchronize" my EE profile and my application form after receiving the ITA? This is clearly a bug in CIC software.

Samething happened to my EE profile
When in jan 2015 i created EE i filled noc xxxx and working hrs weekly xx but after 2 months someone said i filled wrong noc and also filled working hours were not accurate. So i changed noc and working hours and save it and submit these details.
After that i checked my profile many times and i checked everything is updated and fine.
But now after ITA when im filling online application system picks the old noc and working hrs which i filled in jan 2015.
Anyway i edit it and select the right noc and filled correct working hrs again.
So i think system mostly picks which we filled at first time.

it happened to me as well
i believe if you made a change just 1 week ago before you take the ITA then it is possible

Actually i just view my EE profile, all options are correctly filled.
But when i start online application after ITA , now online application picks the old information we i had filled 3-4 months ago.
But i changed it now because details are not blocked in online application.

Sadly in my case, because of this bug, I now have to somehow obtain the aforementioned letters of experience.

I had similar problem.

when I was filling out the application, it transfered the information uncorectly from my profile, specificaly it populated my work experiance with education or something like this.

I deleted the prepopulated list and did everything all over again.

If the information doesnt differ in a way that you no longer qulify or have the same CRS, you should be fine. It is more important waht you put into your acctual eAPR and to have the evidence to support that, than what you put into your EE profile. Make sure you fill out the application corectly and thrutfully, even if it means deleating prepopulated information .

There wasn't really a need to decline even your first ITA; all you had to do was to make amendments in your ITA application and submit it (by making sure its not lowering your CRS point score);

Once you submit your application, they won't correlate your entered data with your EE profile and will work out only on the data you provided in your actual PR application;

you only have to provide experience letter of that job, whose points you are claiming in your visa application; The rest work experience (of which, the points have not been claimed); can be mentioned in work history and personal history for data clarity and transparency but you don't need to submit their letters; instead you can attach a Letter of explanation clarifying the jobs whose points are unclaimed :)

guys, thanks for the responses, but you are missing the point. The documents checklist in my final application still shows that experience letters are required from the employers that I deleted from my profile weeks ago.
From @freejay87's response, it seems that I can still modify the work experience in final application, and provide a letter of explanation of not providing the letter of experience for the deleted jobs?

Yes.

Provided doing this doesn't impact either your CRS score or your program eligibility.

No matter if checklist keeps on showing; attach a blank or a document which states "please refer to Letter of Explanation" and explain the rest in letter of explanation :)

Thanks Guys. A Letter of explanation is perhaps the most important document in anybody's application.
