Hi guys I just come back from Damascus office, they took my ARC AND PAYMENT TOO.


I had asked about my medical exam , and surprised she said Ohh i SHOULD RENEW BEFORE i GOT MY visa too.

dear NEW MEMBER, you should always think before you speak, you are new so you give your self the right to DEFEND something and say that you are SENSITIVE..... well, in this THREAD/FORUM, everyone knows me...... they know who i am and what kind of a person i am.... so you dont have to come and say SYRIA!!!!!! did i say dameshgh is dirty? or daraa is a bad city? i wasnt talking about the country of syria or its cities or its people, i was simply referring to the embassy .... simple as that........ so please think before you speak, and no i dont have to WATCH MY WORDS because people that have been here know me, you are new with 5 posts and you give your self the right to judge?
if i was racist why would people defend me?! think about that

Dear Friends,

once i told you that i was in canada for 4 months on avisitor visa with my husband who is citizen of canada. after i came back to my country. Along with the RQ Damascus asked me to advise how long have you been residing in canada and provide them with the original police certificate from canada (RCMP). their email was in a way that they still think that im in canada and they didnot know that im back . my husband explained them that i was in canada for 4 months and normally i should not
be asked to provide the certificate cause for a person out of canada it tooks like 120 days!!! to issue the RCMP. they said there is no need to provide the RCMP. now he recieved my police check (RCMP). do you think that we shouldd send it to them or i should rely on their email saying that it is waived????

I got to lebanon yesterday at 5pm.. Life is great with my husband alhamdulilah. No news as of yet but inshallah soon as it would kill me to leave without him.

In our case, my wife got a touristic visa few days before I sent the sponsorship application. I joined to the file a copy of the visa and my wife mentioned in the application that she would come to canada to visit me and stay a couple of months. My wife left canada and now I am worried after I read your story. I am wondering if they still think that my wife is in canada for moment. What ca I do in this case

Referring to people as 'old' and 'new' members is trully upsetting and lacking respect. Just because you've been on the forum longer, or youve made more posts does not justify you referring to someone by their membership status.....clearly, what happened was a misunderstanding and no one said you were being racist--afterall, we are all in the same situation. It was mere miscommunication to which you over reacted......but iguess my opinion doesnt matter because i'm a 'NEW MEMBER' to ur standards, sohrab

There is nothing to be worried cause even when my husband explained them that i left canada and was there only for 4 months they replied to him saying that no need to provide the RCMP. but before that we had applied and we got it less than 2 months. if they have not yet asked you, rest assure that they wont need. pluse there was a misundrestanding for them cause in the application form my husband mentioned the canadian address as the address where i live. now im wondering that should i send them despite the fact that they said they dont need???

I think as long as they told you they dont need the clearance, then its not necessairy to provide them with it. In all cases, it shouldnt harm your app if u wish to send it
