OMG , I was denied appealing for my defense, my lawyer has dropped my case and has told me to get another lawyer, he said Misrepresentation of information is crime, I am so worried, its been more then a year since I got married, it seems no one can help me, please guys some one help me, I cant believe I was denied and all you guys are getting the ppr everyday

wow , thats horrible...... i think now your best bet is to go to turkey and apply through the UN, thats how i came to canada in 97, as a landed immigrant on a economic case, well my whole family came but i mean its the most popular way, i know hundreds of people who go to turkey but its very lengthy and horrible process.......... i honestly am sad and sorry, this is a hard situation....

Ok guys I just finished uploading all the documents my husband e-mailed me , I Sent damascus 10 PDF files , including letters of attestation of employment for new and old company, pay stubs for both, letter the ministry of finance that attests the opening of the new and old company etc., hahah i even sent a scanned copy of the identity card of the owner ... hey they said be PRECISE , you can't be more precise than THATTTTTT...

I have a small question when we filled out the form i wrote he worked in the company since 2001 but today he tells me no it's only since 2008 and in 2001 the company had another name . You think the cic will say something aobut that????

Her representative will receive the email.
Not every one receives a residency questioner, and no never send them somthing that they didn't request from you.

I think in all honesty If you just tell them you went over the documents because you made yourself copies youll be on the safe side because sometimes we do tend to make mistakes and in your case it would be the 1 for an 8.

However if you just tell them u wrote 2001 but then now your husband is telling you its 2008.. And he also had the business close but didnt say anything sooner i think it might be a red flag for them as either you guys dont communicate or there is some misunderstanding between you too.

Either or, i would just tell them i mixed up the dates bla bla bla o think that would put you on the safe side
