nothing for me again this week
If tuesday and wedenesday damascus is closed I am not expecting much for this week
hopefully before the end of Nov we will have some good news for all of us
I am all worried about the month of Dec IT WILL BE LIKE THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS/VACATIONS WHERE NOT SO MANY STAFF ARE WORKING OR HARDLY ANY WILL BE WORKING = NO DECISION TO BE MADE AT THAT TIME
I am all hope that before the end of the year we will be with our loved ones

Thanks for your support. We are getting closer and closer to the holidays.I think you are right, when there is a holiday the first thing comes to the mind is more waiting Although my lawyer emphasized there wouldn't be any delays regarding holidays but I can't believe this stuff anymore.First when I applied he said its going to be maximum of 8 months since the application was sent I already passed that 3 weeks ago and still no news. I'm really disappointed with Damascus poor performance they must know how hard its for couples to be apart

The vis ais valid up to 13 Jan 2011 which is our medical test expire date. If you are in rush, yes it is better to go by person. I dont know for other countries but for Iran it took exactly 6 weeks.

Happy Eid all!!!
I was a very happy Eid for our family because we are finally together! My husband got his visa and after some flight issues he got here on Monday night - right ahead of the snow.
Our 2.5 year ordeal is finally over. Good luck everyone and remember it may seem like a long hard road but there is a light at the end of it.
