Lol you guyssss :)))) I imagine how Turkish people are cursing us for increasing their processing from 6 to 15 months. But at the same time I'm assuming they get PPR a lot faster than us.

Hahaha! Not only Turkish people, but also Georgian, Azeri, Turkmen... and even one Afghan. As far as I know, most of non-Iraninans don't get PPR a lot much faster, unless their case is very straighforward. The only difference is that their files never got stuck in Damascus or in Canada before they were transferred to Ankara.

Of course I don't mind nelly jan. According to the GCMS notes, the officer passed the eligibility, medical and criminality and started the security on the same day that my status changed to "in process" ... all within 7 minutes!! ;D

atise jun, may i ask when your ecas changed to in process? your timeline is somewhat similar to mine n i want to know if it means they had started my security check as well by the time my ecas changed to in process?

They announced it officially on January. Some people's applications were sent later in March or April or maybe even later.
