Dear Aarsh, dun worry at all. If you check the chart you ll see there are many other people who applied before you and are still application received! Plus, many received PPR without any change in eCas;You might be one! ;)

Hi Raha,

I am wondering if you can correct my info. on the chart?
application filed: 06-oct-2011
Acknowledgment: 12-Dec-2011
remain in Mississauga until : 05-Mar-2012
received by Ankara: 29-Mar-2012
E-cas says "we started processing ....." as of 05-Jun-2012
My citizenship status: Canadian Citizen

Please remove 27-Jan-2012 on the chart as well.

I filed the application on 06-10-2012 which is very close to your filing time. Could you please tell me the date that they have started processing of your application? Do you know anyone else who filed at almost the same time and got PPR?

Thank you,
NMBMM

how long after the second medical did it get updated on ecas?
i mean how long till they recieved it?
ours is expiring...and im just asking around to see what different people think is best?
i just want this tedious process to be over...

Hello, Ankara has not sent us anything confirming whether they have received the medical results or not. We received an email from Ankara requesting second medical and RPRF mid May and we sent off everything by May 20th. The medical results get sent to Paris for processing so the hospital staff can give you a shipping number to track the package.

Using the website address and shipping number you can see if your package gets to Paris or not but after that you don't have any way of obtaining information about your case. It has not been updated on my e-case yet either. I also don't know if the Paris processing center has completed whatever they need to to update Ankara yet or if Ankara has received this information but haven't worked on my application.

If I were you, I would do a second medical and pay the RPRF. You can find info about these two things easily if you need to.

Don't give them an excuse to delay your case, if your medical is up to date, you have paid the RPRF, and everything else is in order, they will process your application. My stupid "representative" did not tell me about these two things and consequently I have been waiting in the dark since May. If these two things were done, our application would have been processed by now. >:( >:( >:(

now im worried that maybe we should have sent fingerprints as well???

there is no need to send in any finger print unless they ask for it, so dont worry about it..

Hi NMBMM, I updated your info. As you mentioned we have very close time lines! Actually there are 4 of us who were approved in December: You, me, hbehmane & Solh. All of us are in process, mine from June 25th! But the closest friend with PPR to us is "rah" who had filed in August.

If it states that u have to send your figure prints in the application then its a mandatory requirement

I know a friend who applied recently, and he told me its a new requirement in the new forms, and he did that for his wife

@ RAHA

Thank you so much for the update and letting me know about other friend's timeline.

I realized that my file was held by 05-03-2012 in Canada and never sent to Syria, however, I was told on the acknowledgement letter dated 12-12-2011 that it has been sent to Damascus and I had to contact them if I needed any info.!!! I don't know if it has occured for the other applicants at almost the same time?

By the way, I don't follow all the posts on this forum everyday, however, I definitely do twice a week.

Thank you and good luck everybody!

Yes this exactly happened to us. In December we received a letter stating our file was transferred to Damascus, but it never was! We did not receive anything else. In April we called CIC and they said our file was kept in Canada till March and then transferred to Ankara!

hi people ;)

does anyone of you have the IMM 1017(05-2010) , the medical report : section A

all I could find was the IMM 1017 ( 05- 2004 ) from the cic website.

the form I 'm looking for has a box for UCI # and appl . #on top right side .

I rather take the first form to the dr. . It is the form that embassy sends out to applicants recently.

cheers

Another Monday without PPR!!! ey baba! 8)
