hi there

I was browsing the Ankara embassy website, this may be of some help to u :
"Where to Find More Information

You may submit questions to the Embassy in writing by mail, e-mail or by fax at +90(312) 409 27 14. If you submit a question in writing, please be aware that if the answer to your question can be found on the Internet or in the automated enquiries line, you will be directed there. You may also consult Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

If you wish to express concern or lodge a complaint about any aspect of our service, please do so in writing to the attention of the Immigration Program Manager."

Just wanna add one more thing, to people who didn't pay the RPRF fee in advance,

it says in the website:

"When do I have to pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee?
The Right of Permanent Residence fee can be paid at the same time as the processing fee when you submit your application or at any time during the processing of your application. Once the processing of your application has been completed, we will ask you to pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee if you have not already done so. Your visa will be issued only when you have paid the Right of Permanent Residence fee."

Long time, No PPR! :)
