16 months & 2 weeks after filed

did you send them an email asking the reason why they're taking so long? if so, when did you do that?

your file got to Damascus one week before ours and we went to in process around the same time, so i hope this means something for us too ...

It doesn't obey specific rule. Mine has mentioned medical received since 16 June. Anyway we shall wait. They have started PPR and it is so nice
