i used Turkish Airlines directly from Tabriz to Toronto.
I bought business class therefore the flight was so great and wonderful. I spent 6 hours in Istanbul.
I could bring a heavy suitcase (36 kg) plus one hand bag (17 kg) plus back sack (9 kg) plus a musical instrument.
It takes almost 9 hours from Istanbul to Toronto.

Hi Everyone

First I would like to thank you all for your congratulations and kind messages.
My husband went today to the embassy in Beruit this morning. He said there were about 10 other people who were called to come in on Monday with their passport just as well. They took all their passports and phone numbers and told them that they will call them this Wed. or Thur. to pick them up with the Visa. My husband told them that he booked his flight (hoping they would give him it today), they told him the officer is only there on Wed. and Thur. to sign the Visa's.
I just wanted to share that with you all. I know any information we can all get the better.
I will keep you all posted for any information. Take care.

thank you hadaya for sharing you give us a hope , 10 persons submitted their passport, two days weekly to stamp the visa .... that mean 10 or more will get their visa every week

i finally booked a ticket, i was tired of asking my wife to run around to different travel agencies, i booked her ticket 1 way 1200 $ ,she will be here next tuesday ,
1200 is pretty much identical to the prices she got they told her 2,100,000 toman for Lufthansa 1 way which is 1180 in Canadian $
