omid i was there 3-4 days ago. you don't need any appointment . you wake up and show up there around 8-8:30 am and wait in the line. when you go there you get a number and wait for your turn and when is your turn they take the passport and tell you to come tomorrow at 2 pm. you don't need any appointment

way before you did. my file was sent on Jan28 th, 2011 and the file was recieved at the VO office on march 8 th , 2011

No. i just couldn't take it anymore that's why i took a week of and travelled to turkey.

I can't remeber any ppr on Monday. Most people got it on wednesday and thursday or friday.
I think Wednesday was the luky day for most people :

address and telephone number of the hotel

By authorization letter do you mean the use of reperesentative form or just a letter typed by the person?

No. It does not. I think our first exam will expire in 2 months. Still i have received application.
